Position Title: Office Assistant

Wage: $17.00 - $23.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system and direct to proper individual

- Greet visitors, customers, and vendors

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

- Manage customer database

- Process orders

- Maintain general office filing system, both physically and electronically

- Process customer payments

- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling and phone etiquette to support office efficiency

- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail

- Maintain accurate procedures

Requirements for Office Assistant:

- Basic math skills with ability to read a tape measure and ruler
