Press Technician - Now Hiring! We're looking for a reliable Press Technician who enjoys hands-on work and helping make high-quality molded rubber parts. Job Title: Press Technician Shift: 1st 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday- Thursday Pay: $18.0-$20.0hr, depending on experience Location: Waverly, IA What You'll Do As a Press Technician, you'll be responsible for key production tasks, including: Operate and monitor multiple press machines at the same time. Accurately cut and scale rubber material for production runs. Load rubber into brake press machines for heating/baking. Produce make-to-order parts based on customer specifications. Use various equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Maintain precise production documentation and quality checks. Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards. Work to meet production goals while adhering to timelines. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Follows written and verbal instructions accurately. Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality work. Can work both independently and as part of a team. Has prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (a plus, not required). Is reliable, dependable, and ready to contribute. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for most of the shift. Engage in repetitive movements, including reaching, bending, lifting, and gripping. Repeatedly lift and carry items weighing 1-20 lbs. Use scissors and other tools for cutting materials.
