Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator's Assistant to support press and production operations. This role assists the primary operator by loading materials, packaging finished product, catching materials off equipment, and helping ensure smooth workflow throughout the production process.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup of equipment to required specifications

• Support operation of machinery to produce high-quality product in a productive manner

• Load materials and remove finished product from equipment

• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Accurately complete daily production sheets and properly log production information and materials into the Hagen system

Your Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

You Must Have:

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and flex for a full shift

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic math and computer skills

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Frequently required to move throughout the facility

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds

• Constant interaction with production equipment and materials

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17 - $19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
