Position Summary The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for executing activities related to Aerospace and Defense NPI (New Product Introduction) manufacturing, cost assurance, and NPI operations, as well as A&D NPI department administration. This role will report to the NVH A&D Business Unit Manager. The Engineering Supervisor shall ensure all department activities are effectively coordinated with other functional departments (Design, Production, Sales, Quality, Purchasing etc.). The Engineering Supervisor leads project execution and provides direct leadership, coaching, and support to the Manufacturing/Process Engineers. This role leads the Cost Assurance and NPI Production Value Stream, overseeing costs, processes, documentation, and the production launch of new products. The department designs processes, equipment, and products using Simple by Design, Zero Defects, and Lean Manufacturing principles to enable profitable manufacturing and deliver competitive advantage for Parker Lord and customers.
