Pay Range: $84,950 - $106,200 per year PURPOSE OF POSITION: Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues; successful team member acts as an employee champion and change agent. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Consult with supervisors/management, provide HR guidance when appropriate. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective and objective investigations. Recruit exempt and non-exempt employees to ensure best candidates possible are selected. Manage and coordinate Foster Farms, enterprise-wide, college recruiting programs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Additional Functions: Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Additional projects as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 4+ years of Human Resources experience. Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices, talent acquisition, and compensation strategy, with the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law. Change agent with excellent interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive continuous improvement and results.
