The Senior Clinic Manager provides operational oversight and staff guidance for a market of clinics under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services. This role supports daily clinic operations in partnership with the Managing Nurse Practitioner.

This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that support clinic staff and patient care
  • Responsible for clinic scheduling across a market, inclusive of clinical and administrative coverage for multiple clinics
  • Proactively identify market staffing needs based on growth trends, individual clinic needs/requirements
  • Responsible for managing all administrative and clinical hiring needs in the market
  • Assists in the selection, orientation and ongoing training of clinic staff, inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RN's, LPN's and medical receptionists with a focus on operational processes

Travel:

  • Ability to travel between multiple clinics in a market, as needed

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • This role supervises Administrative Assistants

  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • If RN an additional certification, ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certification, is required within 90 days of hire
  • Basic Life Support/ CPR certification
  • 2+ years of experience in infusion setting
  • Experience in the management of clinical and/or administrative staff

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in infusion setting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
