What You'll Do



  • Rotation 1: Work with Applications Development and Data & Analytics teams to design, develop, and implement solutions supporting business goals.
  • Rotation 2: Support the IT Infrastructure team in managing systems, network configurations, and cloud operations for secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Rotation 3: Gain hands-on experience with the Cybersecurity team, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure data and infrastructure security.
  • Rotation 4: Support the Digital Workplace team by gaining hands-on experience in delivering enterprise-wide technology initiatives that enhance and streamline the user experience across the organization.
  • Rotation 5: Gain hands-on experience with the Projects, Portfolio, and Governance team by supporting a variety of enterprise-wide IT initiatives executed through our agile project management methodology.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to understand the interconnectedness of IT functions.
  • Engage in training and certification programs to enhance your technical skills.
  • Receive mentorship from senior IT professionals and leadership.
  • Present key learnings to leadership and team members.


What We're Looking For



  • Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in IT.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and time management abilities.

Work Location



  • Location: Plymouth, WI
  • Hybrid Schedule: Generally, in-office Monday - Thursday with Friday being remote. Due to the nature of the work, there may be some occasional Saturday or Sunday work for go-lives or outage windows, however this is infrequent.



    Your Education and Experience.



    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Certifications (optional): CompTIA A+, Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate.
    • Skills (optional): Experience with programming (e.g., Python, Java), databases (SQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
    • Valid driver's license required for occasional travel between our Wisconsin facilities.
