Key duties include:
- Design & Development: Create comprehensive curricula, lesson plans, learning objectives, assessments, and digital content.
- Collaboration: Work with instructors, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct research and analysis to identify learning gaps and strategic needs.
- Training & Support: Provide training to educators on implementing new curricula.

Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
Full-time Rutgers University-Newark Faculty or senior-level Administrators who have previous teaching and/or working experience with first-generation students, especially from Newark or Greater Newark.
Must have a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.
