Position summary: A career-minded Hydraulic Modeler, looking towards advancement, is needed to join JMT's fast growing Water/Wastewater consultant engineering practice. The selected employee will be responsible for leading engineering hydraulic analysis, planning, and design for a variety of water and sewer infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will become part of an established team of engineers working on exciting sanitary sewer collection system and potable water distribution system hydraulic modeling projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Water/Wastewater (W/WW) team at JMT epitomizes dynamism and innovation. The right candidate will find themselves immersed in a culture that fosters both mentorship and entrepreneurial spirit. Working Conditions: Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
