Job Title: Database Administrator - MS SQL Location(s): Chicago, IL (Remote) Role Summary Provide Level3 production support for MS SQL Server environments, acting as the final escalation point for complex incidents and ensuring database availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities L3 escalation support for MS SQL Server production issues. SQL Server install, configuration, patching, and upgrades (2016+). Performance tuning, query optimization, and root cause analysis. Support HA/DR solutions (Always On, Clustering, Log Shipping). Backup, restore, and disaster recovery support. Database security, compliance, and operational documentation. Required Skills 8+ years MS SQL Server DBA experience. Strong TSQL, performance tuning, and HA/DR expertise.
