Job Description

We are FIS. Our technology powers the world's economy and our teams bring innovation to life. We champion diversity to deliver the best products and solutions for our colleagues, clients and communities. If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?

About the role:

Lead endtoend life cycle planning and highquality delivery of fraudrelated platform capabilities, enhancements, and modernization initiatives across the FIS portfolio.

As a Fraud Technical Product Manager, you will define and drive a product roadmap that supports enterprise fraud strategy which will require balancing market needs, architectural evolution, risk mitigation, clients' fraudmanagement requirements, and broader portfolio objectives. You will work closely with technology development, architecture, and domain leaders to prioritize enhancements, evaluate technical complexity, and align resources to the highestvalue outcomes.

This role requires deep understanding of fraud operations, technical architecture, data flows, detection strategies, and integration patterns across a modernized financial ecosystem.

About the team:

The FIS Technical Product team supports the successful delivery of capabilities across a wide range of FIS products.

The Technical Product group partners closely with portfolio management, engineering teams, agile coaches, and architects to accelerate delivery while ensuring security, resilience, and fraudrisk effectiveness. The team prioritizes highquality execution, modern engineering principles, and customercentric design.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide domain leadership across fraud product capabilities, ensuring engineering teams receive clear, technically sound requirements, acceptance criteria, and architectural context.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to drive modernization of fraud platforms-including cloud adoption, eventdriven patterns, scoring orchestration, API ecosystems, and datastream integrations.
  • Support execution across multiple Value Streams representing the fraud domain, enabling the shortest sustainable lead time while maintaining quality, resilience, and compliance.
  • Support endtoend value stream alignment, coordinating with Lead Coaches, Architects, and Portfolio Management to maintain alignment to strategic objectives, domain OKRs, and multiyear modernization roadmaps.
  • Evaluate enhancement requests for strategic, technical, and operational value which will require balancing customer needs, fraudrisk impact, and architectural evolution.
  • Support product direction, fraud insights, and industry thought leadership at webinars, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Engage with clients for business reviews, discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions to ensure alignment between client needs, fraudrisk trends, and platform capability.

What you will need:

  • 15+ years in fintech product management, fraud technology, risk platforms, or adjacent areas; minimum 5 years in a leadership or peoplemanagement role.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, highly technical fraudplatform or financialrisk initiatives, ideally within large, distributed architectures.
  • Strong grounding in fraud operations, detection strategies, scoring models, AI/MLdriven risk signals, rules engines, transaction flows, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience driving technical transformation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to lead under pressure and deliver on large programs with crossfunctional teams.
  • Comfort interacting with executivelevel clients and presenting complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
  • Strong ability to translate client fraudmanagement needs into actionable product and technical requirements.
