About the role: As a Senior Project Manager within Systems & Adoption Team, you will leadhigh visibility special projects that directly support organizational transformation, AI initiatives, and operational modernization efforts, includingticketing system migrations. Your day-to-day focus will include structured project planning, executive-level reporting, risk and KPI tracking, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, operational discipline, and a proactive approach to change management. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL, requiring onsite presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. About the team: You will join a Client Office Center of Excellence on the Systems & Adoption team known for its clarity, structured execution, and strong partnership with product, engineering, and support leaders. The team operates with high accountability and emphasizes communication excellence, measurable outcomes, and executive-ready deliverables.
