Role Overview

Kodak is looking for an Implementation Coordinator.



Responsibilities:
* Accountable that all components of contracts are accurately managed and implemented in the ERP system (SAP, Solution Configurator and IMany) in a timely, accurate and consistent fashion. This includes sales order management of pricing discounts, approvals, etc. Address all deficiencies and exceptions with appropriate levels of approval and communicate to areas of company as necessary.
* Administer Milestone Billing Orders; booking of orders and billing process to be done in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
* Managing EC project spread sheet (Excel) by keeping all data accurate, detailed and up-to-date
* Coordinate resources based on the various requirements of a sales order including equipment and materials shipments, training/classes etc
* Communicate the installation schedule to the customer and internal stakeholders to ensure revenue goals are met and resources are aligned
* Focal point for installation issues; facilitate and drive the resolution of escalations and exceptions relating to installation issues in a timely manner.
* Creating delivery transactions in SAP to trigger timely arrival of equipment at customer site
* Coordinate and transact all aspects of returning equipment (Reverse Logistics).
* Build relationships and work closely with key stakeholders, (i.e. Operations, Regional Focal Point, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Credit/Collections and external customers) to ensure orders are booked, shipped, installed, invoiced and revenue recognized efficiently as per Kodak's business goals and customer's expectations.
* Knowledge of all business practices in regards to financial, legal and sales compensation processes. Proactively provide information to the Sales Teams in these areas as it impacts the contract, order fulfillment and installation process.
* Individuals are required to exercise discretion and judgment making independent decisions which affect the business as a whole or significant part of it.



Knowledge:



  • HS Diploma or 2 year college degree
