Responsible for assisting the Customer Service Operations Manager in overseeing and supporting the daily activities of Customer Service Representatives. Including all system information and order entries, timeliness of work completion, telephone etiquette, phone availability and assisting with order related problems or product information. REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews orders for accuracy that are entered into SAP by CSR's, creates all order deliveries after review.
- Works with assigned Sales Representatives on a daily basis to receive, track, and follow-up on all large or quoted orders.
- Serves as point of contact for Sales Representatives, customers, business to business accounts and internal personnel on all order related inquires such as pricing/item breakdown, detailed investigation resulting in problem resolution and possible alternative solutions for inactive items or back orders.
- Collaborates with Stockroom & Shipping personnel to investigate picking/shipping errors.
- Performs back-order review to ensure items are shipped as they become available.
- Completes daily monitoring of Chronicall to ensure adequate support phone coverage.
- Assists with entering orders and phone coverage when needed.
- Manages and distributes incoming CS email orders from the shared email inbox and fax inbox, as needed.
- Assists Sales Representatives with creating quotes for customers.
- Reference all CSR and CSR II responsibilities.
- Promotes and models RWMIC Core Values in all interactions and responsibilities.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively maintains a higher level of all product disciplines, SAP, and procedural knowledge.
- Aware of and complies with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
- Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years customer service experience required.
- Professional friendly disposition, excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills & excellent attention to detail required.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- High level knowledge and understanding of all processes and procedures associated with customer service.
- Self-motivator who can perform in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be a team player that works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Intermediate PC skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and lead by example.
- SAP experience required.
- Experience with and understanding of multi-cultural and multi-generational differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
- The following physical demands are required:
- Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
