We are seeking a *Sr. Research Analystwho will lead and advance specialized scientific research initiatives, applying expertise to drive innovation and discovery in the laboratory. This role involves high-level collaboration, strategic decision-making, and mentorship to support the broader research program. Specific Duties & Responsibilities* Partner with the Principal Investigator to develop, implement, and oversee complex research projects. Provide strategic input on research direction, assessing and refining objectives as needed. Develop and apply advanced scientific methodologies and specialized techniques to support research goals. Synthesize and analyze complex data for presentations, publications, and grant proposals. Mentor and provide leadership to laboratory staff, trainees, and junior faculty, serving as an expert consultant on laboratory operations. Ensure research quality, compliance, and innovation through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in a related field. Eight years of related experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education, permitted by the JHU equivalency formula, beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Classified Title: Sr. Research Analyst Role/Level/Range: ACRP/04/MH Starting Salary Range: $101,800 - $177,800 Annually (139,600 targeted; Commensurate w/exp.)
