The Financial Analyst Intern at Cone Health provides a hands-on opportunity to support strategic initiatives across Operational departments such as Imaging Services, Operative Services, and Nursing Departments. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to program performance, workforce trends, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with operational departments on monthly performance, initiatives, and special projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist with database management, reporting, and documentation of key processes.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.
- Become efficient in Office Connect and prepare leaders for upcoming budget preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project lead.

Education
- Required: Must be in process of a college-level degree in a related field and a student in good standing. Applicants must be at least the age of 16 to be employed as Cone Health High School-level interns (work-authorization required).
