Job Summary The genetic counselor will work as part of a team in the pediatric genetics clinic, alongside a clinical geneticist and another genetic counselor, and provide genetic counseling services for patients and/or families suspected of having an underlying genetic disorder, including patient intake and triage, initial history taking and pre-test counseling and consenting, communication of results and education, and follow-up support.
