Assistant Marketing Manager to lead digital innovation for its Global Downstream Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the global marketing teams to launch digital initiatives. Within this role, you will contribute to profitable sales growth of this business unit by supporting the creation and implementation of digital strategies and plans that differentiate Ecolab from its competitors.

What You Will Do:

  • Support regions to drive digital initiatives forward
  • Leverage cross-functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.
  • Develop and execute Digital marketing strategies, roadmaps and plans which deliver winning solutions and accelerated sales and profit growth.
  • Work directly with our marketing and business leaders to ensure that our Digital strategies are well grounded in deep market, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Build/manage and prioritize the Digital product portfolio and develop a strong innovation pipeline through internal and external partnerships.
  • Deliver innovation pipeline through cross functional collaboration within Downstream and across the digital departments.
  • Implement the global programs that integrate existing chemistries, equipment, and services with Digital capabilities to deliver a coherent, compelling, and highly differentiated value proposition.
  • Identify strategies that will fuel growth and profitability for regional marketing teams.
  • Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.
  • Track and report on product line performance metrics and take corrective action working with segment managers as required.

Position Details:

Hybrid Houston, Texas

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred. Digital experience appreciated.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field or digital
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a group as a solid team player
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and coordinate projects across different functional groups regionally.
  • Solid business acumen
  • Strong problem solving / Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail; strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with wide range of marketing tools, including strategic and tactical product marketing capabilities

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
