Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is seeking an intuitive and detail-oriented Resort Experience Planner dedicated exclusively to our Luxury Residences.

This role serves as both pre-arrival experience curator and on-property host - designing personalized itineraries prior to arrival and delivering seamless, anticipatory service throughout the stay.

The Resort Experience Planner for our Luxury Residences is entrusted with creating a private-residence style experience within a world-class resort setting. Every interaction must reflect Forbes Five-Star standards, emotional intelligence, discretion, and flawless execution.

Success in this role is defined by anticipation, personalization, and effortless service delivery.



Responsibilities

    Proactively connect with guests prior to arrival to understand preferences, special occasions, lifestyle needs, and itinerary goals
  • Design customized experiences incorporating golf, spa, dining, recreation, transportation, and in-residence amenities
  • Review arrivals, guest history, loyalty tier, and booking details to anticipate opportunities to enhance the stay
  • Curate thoughtful Moments of Service that create emotional connection
  • Secure tee times, spa appointments, dining reservations, entertainment, and bespoke requests with precision
  • Manage deposits, confirmations, billing routing, and detailed reservation notes to ensure seamless execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Housekeeping, Culinary, Golf, Spa, and Front Office to prepare for arrival
  • Serve as the dedicated Luxury Residence point of contact throughout the guest stay
  • Ensure residences are impeccably prepared and personalized prior to arrival
  • Maintain consistent, polished communication during the stay
  • Anticipate unspoken needs and resolve concerns with urgency and discretion
  • Deliver thoughtful surprise-and-delight experiences aligned with Forbes standards
  • Monitor and track incremental experience revenue generated through curated offerings
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with Luxury Residence service standards and resort operational priorities


Qualifications

  • Luxury hospitality experience required; Forbes or Five-Diamond experience strongly preferred
  • Previous hotel experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Guest Services preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with refined presence
  • Ability to learn and master multiple hospitality software systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze situations and make decisions that exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to stand for duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift objects over 50lbs
