Location: Bethesda, MD

Peraton is looking for a Product Manager to join our Surveillance team supporting BNATCS. In this role, you will lead a focused workstream-such as site surveys, installation, testing, or transition-across BNATCS domains.

You'll be responsible for:

Owning task-level planning and day-to-day execution

• Driving issue resolution and risk mitigation

• Coordinating across technical and operational teams

• Managing formal handoff of deliverables to dependent stakeholders

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys turning complex requirements into executable plans and delivering results in a mission-critical environment.

• U.S. citizenship required

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance

• 8+ years of hands-on experience that includes requirements management, CONOPS development, stakeholder coordination, and familiarity with FAA acquisition environments

• Bachelor's degree, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
