Description The Product Owner is primarily focused on managing the product feature intake of one or more highly complex digital experience products, ensuring product initiatives are translated into technical requirements for delivery team(s). Working closely with a Product Manager, the Product Owner helps define, communicate and align the product vision and goals with the delivery team to ensure work is properly prioritized and completed. Responsibilities: * Defines, refines and prioritizes the delivery team backlog * Creates consumable user stories for the delivery team to action upon * Communicates team bandwidth and capacity with stakeholders * Supports Product Manager with developing and planning the product strategy * Owns features and stories from initiation to acceptance * Ensures work is properly defined through continuous refinement of product backlog * Identifies and communicates risks and dependencies to ensure tasks stay on plan * Prepares and participates in product planning ceremonies including DSU, Refinement, Sprint Planning and Quarterly planning * Produces release communications and demos * Provides vision and direction to the delivery team * Communicates status updates to stakeholders * Identifies opportunities for product improvements and team efficiencies Additional Skills & Qualifications * Telco industry experience * Phoenix platform experience * E-commerce BG * Experience with component libraries and CMS-driven websites Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
