Description Looking for someone with 3 years AP experience in automated world, with various ERP financial systems experience in both invoice processing and expense report processing. Must have purchase order experience. Good Organizer, want people that can multitask and jump from one thing to another depending on urgency. Good customer service skills. We want a candidate that can respond to emails properly and professionally with good customer service skills and articulate what they need. Tools - MS Office Skills, any ERP system (Workday is a plus), anything in business process driven system is key (SAP, PeopleSoft, any large ERP systems). Any automation system AP type software (Auditoria is a huge plus, will be harder to find) Concur invoice. Day in the Life: Very busy in the beginning - Processing invoices would be majority of the day through Auditoria (task driven software, AI software they use to process invoices and also their AP helpdesk). Responding to inquiries, all AP related. Eventually will consist of setting up suppliers, making supplier changes, supplier updates. They will do this process through Auditoria, but there are different paths to process invoices - also process directly into workday, would also be able to look things up in Workday. VIB Files (upload of invoices), they would get trained on processing expense reports. Responding to all different emails. Dealing with internal and external customers. 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable Experience processing invoices in an automated system using OCR Experience processing invoices against purchase orders Experience with uploading templates into AP system Experience with reviewing and processing expense reports Excellent organization and time management skills Strong communication skills Strong analytical skills for problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience with Workday Financials a plus Experience with Auditoria a plus Experience with AI driven AP Help Desk software a plus Skills Auditoria, automation, accounts payable, purchase order, expense analysis, problem management, excel analysis Top Skills Details Auditoria,automation,accounts payable,purchase order,expense analysis,problem management,excel analysis Additional Skills & Qualifications Must be able to work onsite in Rockville office 3 days a week. This role will be 100% onsite everyday until training is complete (this will take approx 2-3 weeks and then it will go to 3 days a week on site 2 days remote).
