Description WORK IS 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time.... This work will include making outbound calls to internal employees in support of authenticating related tasks and connections to the our client's network. Incumbent will work from a ticket list either project centric, proactive or reactive in nature. Using diligence and adherence to policy and general security protocol, you'll support users with any ongoing functionality or application access/removal etc. Should be able to closely follow a script, walk through processes, learn new ways, help and support others and drive / push for keeping said tickets moving and closing. Candidates should be strong with Windows, SW, Active Directory, Password resets, working a phone Queue, while displaying a positive customer centric personality. Further, the ideal candidate doesn't get flustered easily and has a drive to support others and keep working with limited supervision while also staying connected with the team and communicating regularly. Further, these candidates will likely have time in front of groups ranging from a few to maybe 60 or more.
