Job Title: Loss Mitigation SPOC Representative (100% Remote) Employment Type: Contract or Full-Time (as applicable) Location: Remote Description This role supports the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) division within Loss Mitigation for a mortgage servicing organization. The position begins with administrative and customer service responsibilities for earlystage loss mitigation customers, with progression into the dialer queue for repayment plan outreach. Responsibilities * Serve as the designated single point of contact for assigned borrowers in earlystage delinquency * Manage inbound and outbound calls to address account inquiries, complex transactions, and updates on specialized services * Assist borrowers in understanding repayment options and available loss mitigation programs * Provide clear written and verbal responses to customer inquiries * Support customer service and collectionrelated matters * Gather, review, and update documents and case files * Process payments and explain implications related to loss mitigation * Perform skip tracing and maintain accurate account information Required Skills * SPOC experience * Loss mitigation knowledge * Mortgage collections * Mortgage customer service * Call center customer service * Debt collection * Foreclosure familiarity Top Skills * SPOC * Loss mitigation * Mortgage collections * Mortgage customer service Additional Qualifications * Strong call center and customer service background * Experience in mortgage collections, SPOC, or loss mitigation * Prior debt collection experience within a banking or financial services environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
