Desktop Support Technician (Hardware Support) Location: Onsite Duration: 6Month Contract Schedule: 5 Days Onsite Required Play a key role in supporting end users by ensuring their technology runs smoothly and reliably. We're seeking a handson Desktop Support Technician with strong hardware experience to provide daytoday technical support in a fastpaced, professional environment. What You'll Be Doing * Provide day-to-day desktop and hardware support for end users * Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals * Resolve Windows-related issues and accurately document incidents for escalation * Support wireless devices, printers, and basic networking connectivity * Deliver high-quality customer service while supporting users onsite Required Skills * 2+ years of hands-on hardware and desktop support experience (required) * Experience setting up and supporting workstations * Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 * Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, hardware, and peripheral issues * Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a must Nice to Have * Desktop troubleshooting experience in an enterprise environment * Experience supporting Windows in a corporate or professional setting Why This Role You'll provide direct support to end users within a large, growing organization.
