Marketing Project Coordinator

The Marketing Project Coordinator is a detailed-oriented and organized person who assists in the coordination and execution of various marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery. This person is a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

What You Will Do:

• Manage & maintain the Marketing & Business Development & Events inboxes, responding promptly to inquiries & routing messages to relevant teams
• Update & maintain content on FORfront
• Own & execute survey & testimonial projects from start to finish
• Assist in the development & implementation of marketing projects as needed
• Perform administrative tasks & special projects as assigned, including but not limited to: scheduling lunches, creating POs, entering invoices, etc.
• Store & share firm stats as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
