Snowflake is seeking a senior, business-facing leader to serve as Sr. Manager, People Analytics. This role is responsible for building and operating a modern people analytics function that directly informs executive decisions, workforce strategy, and operating cadence across the company. Reporting to the Director, Data Analytics & AI, this leader will move people analytics beyond descriptive reporting into a trusted input for leadership decisions and employee enablement. The function will integrate people data with financial and product signals and power AI-driven experiences that help leaders and employees make better decisions, faster. This role sits at the intersection of workforce strategy, enterprise analytics, and AI enablement. The Sr. Manager will partner closely with HR, Finance, Product, and senior leaders to ensure people data is governed, explainable, and actionable, and that it meaningfully shapes how Snowflake plans, invests, scales, and works. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
