Job Overview
Komatsu Company-Owned Dealers is a major distributor of Komatsu and Allied OEM heavy construction equipment in the northeast and is owned by Komatsu America Corporation. The Financial Controller is responsible for leading all accounting and controllership functions for a construction equipment dealer generating approximately $340M in annual revenue. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and disciplined financial operations across a complex, asset-intensive business. This is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with FP&A, Operations, HR, and Tax to translate business activity into reliable financial outcomes. The Controller owns the integrity of the numbers-period. This position is required to be onsite 4-days per week at our branch in Hatfield, PA. Key Job Responsibilities
