With Azure Copilot, we're pioneering "agentic cloud ops": a new operating model in which specialized AI agents work alongside humans to manage the full lifecycle of cloud - from migration and deployment to observability, optimization, resiliency, and troubleshooting.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agentic Cloud Operations, you will lead the narrative, positioning, and go-to-market strategy that brings this vision to life - helping both internal teams and external customers understand how Azure Copilot transforms cloud operations, reduces friction, and accelerates innovation. You will drive the marketing strategy and content that will establish Azure as a thought leader and pioneer of agentic cloud operations. You will also represent the team in an Azure Infrastructure roadmap discussion and sale play, ensuring that our product and GTM strategy are aligned and effectively executed in the field, customer/partner briefing, and events.



Responsibilities
  • Produce compelling content - e.g., blog posts, enablement guides, white papers, case studies, demos - that illustrate real-world scenarios and benefits of agentic cloud ops, such as cost savings, operational efficiency, faster migrations, improved resiliency, and simplified observability.
  • Define and articulate the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for Azure's agentic cloud operations capabilities, tailoring narrative for different audiences.
  • Manage Product inputs into product roadmap and lead launch and disclosures for new services, features and functionalities under agentic cloud ops.
  • Amplify the agentic cloud operations strategy and product offerings through marketing campaign and field enablement.
  • Contribute to Azure Infrastructure sales play v-team as a subject matter expert on the adaptive cloud approach.
  • Gather customer insights and analyze competitors to refine product portfolio positioning.
  • Manage marketing budget, KPIs, ROI and reporting on customer adoption, revenue, and program effectiveness.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, technical marketing or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
  • Understanding of one or more of these cloud operations domains: Configuration, Observability, Security, Optimization, Resiliency.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and programs for complex and technical products and solutions.
  • Collaboration, influence and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners across the organization.


Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
