The Director of Corporate Communications is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing integrated communication plans across Anaplan's global ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping and sharing Anaplan's narrative with both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with our global brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and experienced communications professional with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Impact

Internal Communications:



  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to inform, engage, and inspire employees globally.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support functional strategy, change management, business updates, internal events, and manage related communications.
  • Collaborate on the creation of brand assets, including videos and presentations, to support various communication goals.


External Communications:



  • Manage and contribute to the corporate social media strategy, including content creation and engagement for our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and employer brand.
  • Develop and execute external communication plans, including social media campaigns, and other public-facing content.
  • Elevate Anaplan executive profiles as part of our brand, GTM, and employer brand


Team Collaboration:



  • Work closely with the global communications team to ensure regional strategies align with broader company messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, GTM, our CFO, and IT organizations to support their communication needs.


Your Qualifications



  • Proven experience in a senior corporate communications role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of both internal and external communications strategies, proven experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills; a commitment to being highly accountable and disciplined in execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
