This is a remote position that will work EST hours (open to candidates who site in CST or EST time zones). It will start as a 4 month contract and could extend up to 18 months. In this role, you will be the linchpin for operational excellence, orchestrating critical business rhythms and providing strategic support to leadership. You will drive accountability, optimize processes, and ensure that our professional services delivery is efficient, effective, and aligned with overarching business goals. - Orchestrate Business Rhythms: Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business (ROB), including scheduling, content preparation, and stakeholder coordination for weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc meetings.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Review delivery health metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Support & Reporting: Prepare compelling content and presentations for stakeholders and leadership forums, ensuring timely submissions and accurate data representation.
- Data Analysis & Integrity: Support data review processes, confirming accuracy, investigating gaps, and collaborating with content owners to resolve discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate stakeholders across multiple regions and business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Lead reporting enhancements and optimize cross-functional workflows, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Strategic Initiatives: Handle escalations, enable strategic initiatives, and occasionally present in leadership forums, providing valuable insights and support.
- Budget & Strategy Management: Contribute to the annual budget process and support the management of corporate strategy initiatives by driving accountability and facilitating communications.
- Culture & Communications: Build trust, encourage collaboration, and contribute to a positive team culture by supporting organizational health initiatives and executing internal communications strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8-15 years of overall experience in business management, program coordination, or operations.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience reviewing and analyzing data using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business management, working directly with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong background in managing corporate strategy initiatives and driving accountability.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services.
- Experience supporting IT companies or IT functions.
- Experience with financial data analysis.
- Exceptional business acumen and strong communication skills with high-level stakeholders.
