As a Security Officer - Gatehouse Driver in BERRYVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, log visitors and deliveries, and support badge and key control. You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver clear customer service and communication to employees, vendors, and guests. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license. At Allied Universal, you will act with integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery logs, and directing guests, contractors, and drivers to the proper check-in areas.
• Screen inbound and outbound vehicle and pedestrian traffic as required, including coordinating with receiving and shipping teams for scheduled loads, confirming paperwork, and supporting traffic flow around docks and gates.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, accidents, and hazards through the established chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access, monitor doors and alarms, and document security-related observations and activities for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
