As an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with professional service and clear communication. You will complete routine rounds, document observations, and respond to concerns with calm judgment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, addressing policy violations as appropriate and escalating concerns through the proper channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, notifying management and/or public services as needed, and assisting with scene control until support arrives.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate shift updates to oncoming personnel, and participate in drills and/or required training to support site operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
