Starting Wage: $25.52 + $2.30 shift differential

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 pm - 3:30 am

Location: Faribault North

Your Responsibilities:

• Be able toidentifyunit options using bill of materials

• Complete unit assembly of various parts based on unit options

• Package field installed components with the unit for safe shipment

• Clean units of dirt/debris from the assembly process for shipment to the customer

• Prepare units for winter weather shipment when necessary

• Label units for proper handling per engineering requirements

• Train new members on the various machines, procedures, safe work practices and any pertinent itemsregardingsafety,qualityand production

• Responsible formaintainingthe 5s program to ensure a clean work area

• Follow and understandHOMESafe, Personal Choice andcompany safety manualrequirements.

• Identifyand rework defective work pieces tocomply withquality standards

• Read and interpretblueprints,sketchesor product specifications todeterminesequence and methods of fabricating,assemblingand installing sheet metal products, including machine adjustments and material requirements per engineering requirements.

• Ability to use hand tools

• Operate PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), obtain PIT License

• All other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications:

• The ability to lift, push, and/or pull materials, stand for majority of the shift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining proper PPE.
• The ability to use hand tools for extended periods of time.
• The ability to read and understand written English.
• High School Education/GED OR Minimum 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
