Description
Position OverviewCoordinate the planning of future maintenance work. To include providing information on parts and tools required, staging of parts, identification of manpower needed, lockout/tagout procedures, providing prints and drawings needed as well as time and costs estimates. ResponsibilitiesReview, prioritizing and planning of new work order requests, taking into account proactive maintenance techniques, creating greater efficiencies.
Part procurement and parts staging for future work projects. Identification of manpower and skills required, attaching lockout/tagout procedures, cost and time estimates. Planning all proactive work orders, preventative and predictive maintenance and corrective projects. Maintain file of completed work orders, equipment histories and critical equipment information. Insure that all required tools, equipment, parts, drawings and important data arrive at the proper location and time. QualificationsShould have knowledge of skills and abilities of maintenance department to repair and maintain equipment. Should have ability to interact with internal and external departments and customers, to communicate with members of various departments, work independently. Should have skill in recognizing and prioritizing the work of other staff members.
