Your responsibilities Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing production and facility equipment through both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. This role operates with a continuous improvement mindset, consistently driving efficiency improvements within operations. The technician works closely with team membersincluding those in production, quality, and engineeringto ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and reliability. In addition, the position requires:
Education and/or Experience: An associate degree (A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED, along with 2 years of related experience and/or trainingor an equivalent combination of education and experienceis required. Experience with environmental and waste handling practices is preferred. Should be proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints. Mathematical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Ability to apply concepts of Algebra and Geometry.
