BWBR is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Designer I who is eager to begin their professional career in architecture. This full-time position is ideal for a recent or upcoming graduate who is passionate about design, collaboration, and professional growth within a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will support project teams through various phases of design and documentation and will gain hands-on experience working alongside our team of managers, architects and designers.

Responsibilities

* Assist with architectural design, documentation, and presentation materials across all project phases.

* Support the development of drawings, models, and renderings along with the project team.

* Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and consultant coordination meetings.

* Help prepare construction documents and maintain project files.

* Apply client and firm standards, design guidelines, and best practices to assigned tasks.

* Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

* Graduation or anticipated graduation from a NAAB-accredited architecture program (B.Arch or M.Arch).

* Previous architectural internship experience preferred.

* Working knowledge of Revit.

* Experience working on Healthcare, Higher Education, or Science & Technology projects a plus.

* Strong interest in pursuing architectural licensure.

* Basic understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.

* Ability to work collaboratively and take direction in a professional office setting.

* Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
