Description
This position provides administrative and operational support to the store, working across sales, parts, service, and management functions. The role is wellsuited for an experienced administrative professional who can work independently, manage details with minimal oversight, and take initiative once trained to ensure daytoday operations run smoothly. $22 - $28+ / hour Compensation & Benefits:

Specific Duties Include:
Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the store, including reporting, filing, data entry, scanning, record maintenance, and documentation management
Support general accounts payable, accounts receivable, and administrative functions for sales, parts, and service departments.
Serve as a reliable support resource to store management by assisting with coordination, reporting, and followthrough on operational needs.
Assist with salesrelated administrative processes, including managing documentation, uploading and maintaining records in company systems, and ensuring required steps are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide support to the sales team on deals including uploading paperwork to the deal, reviewing, updating, final approving and winning the deal in the system.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, identifying discrepancies or missing information and coordinating corrections as needed.
- Use companyprovided systems and tools (including S2) to document, track, record, and follow up on administrative and operational activity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Partner with the Equipment Coordinator and/or Yard Coordinator on all aspects of the yard and trafficking process.
- Perform all tasks within company audit guidelines.
- Practice confidentiality inside and outside of the store.
- Ensure general housekeeping of facility is maintained.
Provide professional, efficient service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and requests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
- Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
- Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
- Participate in all company/location-driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or operations role supporting multiple departments or leaders.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience working within business systems or databases preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage details, and follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Professional communication skills, including effective telephone and interpersonal interaction.
- Experience with multiline telephone systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and fastpaced environment.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
