Description
What you'll do The Sr. Director: Legal serves as the primary architect of the company's legal strategy and the leader of its contract operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing expert counsel to align legal initiatives with business growth while proactively mitigating risk. The Sr. Director: Legal provides end-to-end oversight of the contract lifecycle-from drafting and high-stakes negotiations to tracking and compliance-ensuring that all agreements reflect company policies and federal regulations. As a hands-on leader, the Sr. Director: Legal manages a dedicated team and fosters a culture of informed decision-making by educating stakeholders company-wide on contract best practices. Whether navigating M&A due diligence, managing corporate governance, or overseeing intellectual property and employment law matters, the Sr. Director: Legal builds associations of trust to protect the company's interests and streamline its operational efficiency.
