Business Analyst, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business

Your Role

The Strategic Planning & Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and performance reporting for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Business Analyst, Senior - Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. In this role you will be managing sales data and developing comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights that will enhance sales performance and drive growth.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience

• Requires experience in querying and managing data in Excel

• Requires health plan experience with knowledge

• Requires strong organizational skills with attention to details

• Knowledge of key domains, including sales, claims/encounter data, cost of healthcare, and financial performance preferred

• Experience in CRM or Salesforce preferred
