Senior Program/Project Management Support

Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Program Management Support role supporting the WIB CV-22 Osprey Division, at Patuxent River, MD. WIB is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations which include, but are not limited to, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), studies, status briefings and PEO reviews.
• Assist with configuration control of electronic checklists through the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) to monitor/evaluate the directorate self-assessment programs and unit effectiveness inspection activities.
• Provide expertise in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle, including pre-acquisition definition, requirements integration, program management principles, and compliance with Department of War (DoW) and Air Force regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in organizational data collection, evaluation, data management actions associated with monitoring the directorate's officer performance report, Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) and military feedback programs.
• Assist with the procurement of systems, subsystems, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct program analysis, gather data, and develop recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Utilize Navy/NAVAIR management tools, included but not limited to PMRT, CDRLs, e-Power, Team Connect and SharePoint.
• Plan, facilitate, and support meetings and offsites, including developing agendas and materials, recording action items, and ensuring room setup and security.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations which include, but are not limited to, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), studies, status briefings and PEO reviews.
• Support the generation, maintenance, and effective use of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Recommend solutions related to organizational structures, manpower requirements, utilization, and control.
• Support leadership with all ad hoc actions.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
