Performs a variety of both technical and routine nursing services. Collaborates with health care team in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the nursing care plan. Demonstrates clinical competence. Qualifications - External EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing School Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills LPNs that work in home care environments must have reliable daily transportation and will be required to maintain insurance, acceptable driving record according to HFHS Policy 4.09, and meet fingerprinting eligibility standards.
