This role is in Lake Mary, FL In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: **POSITION SUMMARY:** The role of Specialist, Data Transfer, Integration & Quality at BNY is centered around enhancing the integrity and efficiency of data processes within the organization. As part of the Data and Quantitative Analysis function, this position focuses on the critical tasks of transferring, integrating, and ensuring the quality of data across various platforms and systems. The incumbent will contribute to BNY's strategic pillars by optimizing data workflows, supporting data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Aligning with BNY's principles, the role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Execute data transfer processes by leveraging industry-standard tools and methodologies to ensure seamless and accurate data migration across systems. - Integrate diverse data sources by developing robust frameworks that support comprehensive data analysis and reporting. - Maintain data quality by implementing rigorous validation and cleansing protocols to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data sets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating expertise in the field to address data-related challenges and drive continuous improvement. - Document and refine data processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. - Support the development and implementation of data quality frameworks by actively participating in strategic initiatives and projects. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. **EXPERIENCE:** - 0-3 years of experience **SKILLS:** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and optimize data transfer and integration processes. - Proficiency in data quality management, with the ability to implement validation and cleansing protocols. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
