Valiant is looking for a Simulations Analyst supporting Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) War Fighter Exercises to join our Team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Warfighting Functional simulation expertise and advice to the Mission Command Training Program. Interact with and support the program's Chief Information Officer and simulation staff. Provide oversight of and assist in developing Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM) training material, certification criteria, and operator performance standards. Understand the interactions and inter-dependencies of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC); Warfighter Simulation (WARSIM), Logistics Federation (LOGFED), Air, Space, and Cyber Constructive Environment (ASCCE), and other simulations within, and outside, the federation of systems. Provide on-site support and WFX expertise, simulation analysis, training support, and interim simulation workaround procedures to MCTP during Warfighter and Mission Readiness Exercises (WFX/MRX) events. Other duties as assigned. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience using Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) and other federates of WARSIM. A Must be able to obtain a passport and be able to travel both OCONUS and CONUS on up to 5 Warfighter Exercises per FY and all associated planning and coordination meetings. Must have expertise on all Microsoft Office products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience and certification as a work cell instructor controller using WARSIM. Qualified as senior control for WARSIM. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
