Shift:3 - 12's - Days * Base Pay Range: $27.08 - $41.04 per hour, based on experience * Shift Differentials: o Additional $2.00 per hour for evening shifts o Additional $4.00 per hour for night shifts o Additional $3.00 per hour for weekend shifts o Additional $5.00 per hour for weekend evening shifts o Additional $7.00 per hour for weekend night shifts * Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards o Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 o Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000 * Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away * Student Loan Repayment: $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 * Retention Reward: $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Our Respiratory Therapy Department provides comprehensive care in a community hospital setting with daily patient volumes ranging from 70-110 patients. Respiratory therapists work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinical professionals to deliver high-quality respiratory care across multiple patient populations. * Assisting with endotracheal intubation * Participating in bedside bronchoscopy procedures * Managing mechanical and non-invasive ventilation * Administering aerosolized medications and airway clearance therapies * Providing neonatal respiratory support Our department offers a supportive environment where respiratory therapists develop a broad skill set and maintain a high level of clinical involvement in critical care and procedural support.
