Clerk - HIM

• Provides patient medical records upon request to patients, physician's offices, and lawyer's offices.

Education

• High school education or equivalent GED.
• Prefer completion of 2-year HIM technician program. 40 wpm typing.

Experience

• One year previous office experience.
• Prefer experience in health information management or doctor's clinic.
• Completion of HIM technician program meets the experience requirement for this job.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
