We are seeking a passionate and highly organized individual to play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge products from concept to reality. As a key contributor, you will directly influence the development lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and seamless collaboration across various teams, ultimately shaping the future of product offerings for millions of customers.

You will be instrumental in coordinating the development of prototype products, driving the product lifecycle for a key product area, and collaborating closely with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals. This role offers a unique chance to make a tangible impact by ensuring the efficient flow of information and materials, directly contributing to the successful launch of new and exciting products.

**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate the end-to-end development of prototype products, acting as a central point of contact for all development details with vendor partners.

* Monitor the overall product development process, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

* Create and maintain essential documentation, including seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.

* Streamline communication by coordinating weekly updates, ensuring all relevant teams (vendors, production, technical, merchandising) have timely access to critical information.

* Track development progress diligently, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure execution within established timeframes.

* Facilitate clear and concise communication of design development details across all stakeholders.

* Contribute to daily operations through data entry, costing analysis, and meticulous sample tracking.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product design or development.

* Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

* A strong background and understanding of the product development process.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in costing analysis.

* Demonstrated management acumen or leadership potential.

* Experience with category ownership or a strong desire to take ownership of specific product areas.
