  • We protect balance. Our distributed team culture is built on trust and flexibility, offering unlimited PTO, flexible remote work options, and a sustainable approach to high performance.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build intelligent workflow orchestration and ERP automation platforms powered by agentic AI. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering production-grade systems that integrate large language models with real-world enterprise software.

You'll own services end to end-from backend architecture and API orchestration to supporting front-end workflows-while collaborating closely with AI engineers and data scientists. This role is ideal for someone excited by complex integration challenges, distributed systems, and applying GenAI in practical, high-impact ways.

What You'll Do
  • Design and build full-stack applications that integrate Generative AI and machine learning capabilities.

  • Architect and implement backend services, APIs, and cloud-native systems that scale securely and reliably.

  • Integrate LLMs, agentic frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into enterprise workflows.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers to productionize model pipelines, vector search, and inference services.

  • Support front-end experiences that surface AI-driven insights and dynamic outputs.

  • Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and responsible AI.

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues across distributed systems and AI components.

  • Contribute to shared engineering standards, patterns, and platform evolution.

  • Mentor other engineers and influence technical direction within the team.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack systems.

  • Proven experience building and operating cloud-based, distributed applications.

  • Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI systems into production environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).

  • Backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or similar languages.

  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, RAG workflows, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems or enterprise automation platforms.

  • Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent-based AI frameworks.

  • Technical leadership or mentoring experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields preferred
