Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process.Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Monitoring
    • Continuously monitor warehouse equipment and operations using NOC tools.
    • Track and report on automated equipment availability across multiple warehouses.
    • Detect anomalies and respond to alerts in real time.
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Gather and validate maintenance data from CMMS/EAM systems.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries.
    • Generate management reports on service failures, system performance, ticket status, and trends.
    • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to streamline workflows.
  • Incident Management
    • Receive calls, identify problems, and perform initial fault finding.
    • Escalate work orders according to SOPs.
    • Track incidents, manage escalation triage, and document resolutions.
    • Create SOPs and knowledge base documents.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Coordinate with engineering, technicians, and operations teams to reduce manual effort.
    • Use reports to guide troubleshooting efforts for jams, motor faults, and availability issues.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve system uptime and operational efficiency.
    • Support predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education/Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years as a data analyst or similar role.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying maintenance databases.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
    • Familiarity with SAP and automated warehouse systems preferred.
    • Knowledge of scripting/automation tools (Python, Power BI).
    • Understanding of network technologies, connectivity, protocols, and security.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Microsoft network certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Shift work required; the NOC operates 24/7.
  • Oncall availability outside business hours to resolve urgent issues.
  • Work is performed in a call center environment or remotely per schedule.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not provided.

Pay Range:

$80K-85K

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
