About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Care Administrator to lead a Personal Care Home (PCH) in Western Pennsylvania. This role can be filled on an interim or permanent basis, depending on candidate availability. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of a Personal Care Home, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania DHS regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction. Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational plans. Ensure adherence to state licensing requirements and maintain all required documentation. Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners. Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory audits. Requirements: Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator license (or ability to obtain) Prior experience in a Personal Care Home, Assisted Living, or SNF environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to personal care and long-term care. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) plus potential performance bonus.
